TEST PROCEDURE
1.The first test is performed between days 18 and 22 after insemination to detect whether the animal is in the luteal phase. If found to be positive, another test is performed 23 or 24 days later, and if the second test also comes back positive,it confirms that the animal is pregnant. If the second test is negative, the animal is considered not pregnant.
2.If the first test between days 18 and 22 comes back negative, then this test does not need to be done on the 23rd or 24th. If testing is not possible between days 18 and 22 after insemination, testing should be done on days 23 and 24. If the test was positive on day 23 but negative on day 24, the animal was considered not pregnant. If the test on day 23 is negative, the animal is not pregnant and therefore does not need to be tested on day 24.If the test is positive on both days 23 and 24.the animal can be confirmed to be pregnant.
3.After the 24th day of fertilization,we recommend 5 tests for five consecutive days to detect whether the animal is pregnant,if any of the 5 tests are negative, the animal is considered not pregnant and no further testing is required. But if all the tests performed on s consecutive days come back positive, the animal can be determined to be pregnant.
