Spectinomycin Rapid Test Kit

1. Principle

This kit is based on competitive indirect colloid gold immunochromatography technology, in which spectinomycin in sample competes for the colloid gold labeled antibody with spectinomycin coupling antigen captured on test line. The test result can be watched by naked eye.

2. Application

This kit is developed for rapid test of spectinomycin contamination in fresh milk sample.

50 ng/ml(ppb)

4. Kit components

● Test strip: 8strips & 8wells in plastic bottle,12 bottles

● Kit insert

5. Assay Steps

(1) Read the kit insert carefully before assay. Bring all reagents and strips to room temperature before use.

(2) The milk sample must be fully liquid without precipitation or agglomerate.

(3) Take the strips and wells from the bottle according to your requirement, seal the rest.

(4) Take 200μl of milk sample into the wells; pipette and drop repeatedly for 5 times to mix the reagent completely in the well, incubate at room temperature for 5min;

(5) Insert the “MAX” end of the strip into the well; make sure it is dipped into the liquid.

(6) Incubate at room temperature for 5min; determine the result according to part 6.
